Patti has over 20 years experience as an Educator and Trainer in the hair industry.  Working as a Regional Performing Artist for the Redken Corporation,  Patti has been a Guest Speaker at many industry and non-industry events.

Patti has been a salon owner since 1982, managing staff from 8 up to 15 stylists and support staff.
